Since I still have a AGP-based motherboard, and I dont want to upgrade my system until around March 2007, I have found that the most powerful AGP-based card out there with DUAL-DVI outputs is the:

PCI Latency Tool31 Oct 2006 00:02 GMT1
I know this is gonna sound odd, but anyone know where I can find PCI
Latency Tool 2.3 or 2.6? The current 3.1 isn't detecting my AGP 6600GT
and I'm getting a bit of stuttering so I'm pretty sure it might be the
latency since I've been unable to adjust it since switching to 3.1 ...
DirectX 1030 Oct 2006 22:33 GMT15
I keep reading on different misc. hardware review sites that DirectX 10 will
require new hardware.  Anyone have any idea when we will begin to see any of
this new hardware?  I know that Vista will supposedly make great use of
DX10.  Also, many of the review sites make reference to ...
eVGA 7950 GT KO SC vs. 7950 GT KO30 Oct 2006 01:39 GMT3
I know the difference between the 7950 GT KO Superclocked an GT KO are
basically 40MHz in the GPU speed. But does this make a whole lot of
difference. But there is only a $25 difference between the two if you check
online stores for best prices. But why spend an extra $25 if ...

I spoke to my Brother today and he told me he just purchased a ASUS
A8N32-SLI Deluxe mobo and a Nvidia GeForce 7950 GX2 graphics card. He said
that he is having trouble getting the card to work properly and can only get
one of the cards working. I'm still using AGP so was not ...

Upgrading Monitor Can These Video Cards Do It?29 Oct 2006 21:26 GMT5
I'm looking at a Viewsonic 20.1 LCD, recommended resolution 1680 x 1050.
Newegg ad says "Please verify your video card can support the recommended
resolution".
I currently have a 19" LCD hooked to 3 PC's via a KVM. All PC's running 1280

Coolbits29 Oct 2006 01:23 GMT4
Installed the Guru3d coolbits for my Nvidia 7900GS. Started out at 450/660

both clock settings and theres a pretty big boost from 7300 to
8800.Nice!anyway,the memory setting in coolbits stops at 800. Is there
Shooter Concept: Planet Of The Apes ;)28 Oct 2006 13:54 GMT3

I'm not sure if this group is the correct one to post to for this
problem so please forgive me if it's not. I have NVIDIA Quadro FX 1300
with an Intel 82801GB LPC motherboard and running Windows XP.  I'm
capturing video, using an old consumer camera as a deck - JVC GR-DVL
91.47's Suck27 Oct 2006 19:04 GMT2
I notice this new control panel in the new 91.47 drivers from Nvidia is
HORRIBLE.
It takes forever to load, parts of the new control panel flicker in and out,
and worst of all, the OVERLAY settings dont stay put! I set the Video
nVidia Game Profiles27 Oct 2006 18:00 GMT4
In the latest drivers Flight Simulator X does not have a profile. Someone
mentioned it did, but I do not see them listed.
Is there another source for profiles?
eVGA GEFORCE 7950 GX2: power supply requirements27 Oct 2006 17:27 GMT9
I have an HP desktop computer model m1090n (3.6GHz, upgraded to 3GB ram) on
which my video card has gone bad. I am considering replacing it with a much
more powerful card, perhaps the eVGA GEFORCE 7950 GX2. My question concerns
the power supply requirements.
A program to set up my 3D settings for games automatically?27 Oct 2006 09:24 GMT5
