Is there much difference in performance between the GeForce 6600 GT 128MB
vs. 256MB???

i have a nVidia GeForce FX 5200 and Win XP.
Now i have a 3D stereo glasses ELSA
(http://www.stereo3d.com/revelator.htm).
It seems this doesn't work with my graphic card.

As a spare computer and a secondary computer, we have an eMachines T1090

I just got Oblivion, and one of the listed tweaks to make it run better is
to change the Max frames to render ahead (or Prerender limit in Riva Tuner)
from the default of 3 to 1 or 0.
So I tried it. And it indeed appears to give the FPS a pretty sizeable

You running Oblivion in SLI? I get the Windoze start button flickering if I

All other things being equal, how much difference does the memory bus
width make ? A gfx card manufacturer often offers different cards using
the same basic GPU but with either 64-bit or 128-bit memory bus, e.g.
GF6200 cards by XFX.

Two development workstations at my company show the same symptoms.
They are configured as follows:
Windows XP x64 Edition
Athlon X2 3800+

System Athon 64 3000+ on Asus K8VSE deluxe, geforce 6800GT (other: 1 Gig

Nvidia has now released a SLI that uses 4 graphics cards.  With that you are
looking at $1200-$3000 just for graphics cards and have seen these systems
and some are sell for $6000 to almost $10,000.  Nvidia needs to work on
making one cards that is solid and not the scam of many ...

Any such animal? Or are they 128MB?

Can anyone tell me where this card fits into the scheme of things? I can't
seem to find any good info and Newegg has a good price with a rebate.
