I've been looking into the LeadTek 6800GT - from what I hear, the power requirements, especially on the 12v line are quite high. I have a Chieftec 360w PS, with 17A on the 12v line, will that be enough? (Other componets are a P4@2.667 Northwood, HD, DVD and burner, case fan).

I've come to the concusion its a defective card. I put my old card back in and everything is running fine I put in a new power supply didnt fix it so I think its a defective card. So time to RMA it back to newegg sigh how long does that take anyway?

OK, I spent half the weekend testing drivers for my Ti-4200 card to find the fastest driver AND to try to find a driver that loaded overlay color settings and games profiles color setting after reboot (without having to apply again).

I have a system that's running XP Pro SP2, 512 Mem, Athlon XP1900+. Right now I have a TNT2 64 video card and it's great for most things I do. I'd like to start doing more online movie watching. What would be a good upgrade for my TNT2?

Ati Radeon 9600 Pro or Geforce 5700LE ? These are the two cards I am likely to buy, but which one would you buy? I need good quality TV out, DVI, and good performance overall... Oh and the quieter the better. So which card holds up to these requirements the best ?

I have a nvidia 5900XT and i did have the 61.77 drivers installed. I just installed the latest 66.93 drivers and everything looks like sh.t. Benchs with 3dmark slower. I know the obvious answer seems to be to reinstall the previous driver but

Hmmmm NOw I notice I only get crashes when I play that game. I wonder if its just me or what. I guess I will uninstall it reinstall it and see what happens.
