I have an AGP variant of the ATI Radeon X1300 graphics adapter in a Dell
Dimension 8300. I've noticed that this card can automatically vary its fan
speed depending upon how hot the GPU is.

Having recently purchased a new HDD and putting on a fresh install of
Windows XP I noticed my latest 3850 512meg (HIS) driver package had a
DVI sound out part to it. How does this work? I didn't think DVI could
