| DVI Cable Type | 29 Jul 2008 21:04 GMT | 1 |
I'm having the hardest time trying to find the right cable for my video card. It's a VisionTek 256MB X1300 DMS59 SFF PCI-e (Graphics by ATI). It supports dual monitors. The splitter cable that came with the card broke during a move. I thought it would be easy to replace

| 2400 install audio question | 24 Jul 2008 10:49 GMT | 3 |
Just got a diamond stealth 2400 pro, running Vista 32bit sp1. The audio is gone from my computer, redownloaded the audio (from the motherboard) driver and no go, no audio. How do I correct this, the ATI and diamond web sites are not helping.

Evening all, I've just installed this new card to replace an X850XT; running under XP32 (or XP64) I'm not seeing any performance increase, quite the opposite in fact.

| Asus 4850 | 22 Jul 2008 00:06 GMT | 7 |
This card works very well with FEAR and COD4, but when I try any Source games it will run for 10-20 seconds then go blank screen. I've tried the 8.5, 8.6, 8.6 hotfix, and 8.7 beta drivers. All of them do the same thing. The monitor shows no signal and I have to shutdown then ...

Hey guys. I'm struggling to see which of the Radeon 3870 and the GeForce 8800GT has the better performance. Basically I'm getting a motherboard with an X48 chipset, so I'm leaning towards the Radeon so that in the future I could CrossFire two

I read everything that anyone had to say about the HD4870 and I felt I had a good idea what to expect. So, as instructed, I went to the 'Control anel' - 'Add or Remove Programs' - 'ATI - Software Uninstall Utility' and had ATI remove everything supporting my old HD3870. Turned ...

| Don't get 48xx series card unless you have fast cpu | 19 Jul 2008 15:47 GMT | 9 |
I have 3.4GHZ C2D so I am ok but a friend went from 3870 to 4850 on AMD 2.4GHZ cpu and the stress test in HL-2 Lost Coast shows hardly any difference for him. For him it is not a worthwhile upgrade so think about that if you are planning to get a 4850 or 4870 and you don't have a ...

| 4pin 4850 to mobo spdif cable - where to get? | 18 Jul 2008 22:05 GMT | 1 |
