I just got an ATI X800 XL AGP video card and need to build a new system
around that. What is the best board for performance and gaming out now with
AGP? I've been looking and the more I look the more confused I get. Any help
will be awesome.

I was wondering if anyone knew how the ALL-IN-WONDER 2006 Edition 256MB and
ALL-IN-WONDER 9600Xt 128MB compared in regards to performance.  Which is the
faster card.
Also, anyone have either one of these cards connected to a satellite dish?

I would prefer to use the USB port on my Toshiba SDH400 to transfer
videos to my PC rather than slowly “dub” each one of them with my ATI
9700 PRO AIW. Is there a 3rd party program that can help, or would I
require the pay service just to do it?

Web page show the reception pattern for the Zenith Silver Surfer which near
as I can tell is what comes with the HDTVW. Should be good tuning info even
if it isn't. Gives info on how to set up antenna and even using 2 antenna to
help thwart multipath. I'll probably play with it ...

FYI.
A friend, who works Activision and tested CoD2, said setting DirectX 7 should improve my FPS on
my old ATI Radeon 9800 Pro AIW (128 MB) video card. It does! YAY!!! I can play at 1152x864
resolution, anisotropic, full details, etc.!! I cannot see the differences though, but then ...

Perhaps my firewall is overly cautious, but if internet access to CLI is
blocked, the Catalyst Control Center (5.9) won't load.

FS 9.1 stops without warning 2-3 minutes into the game. Seems to be very
consistant. I am using a new X850 Pro. I have tried Cat 5.8 and 5.9 with
same results. What am I doing
wrong? I have run the program OK with Radeon 9000 Pro previously.

Hi there, can any tell me how i can resolve this issue or if my card
is f_cked, i run Aquamark 3 go through all the testing when i get to
the end where it displays your score, i dont get this screen just a
black screen and then this  :arrow:

Will it work with AIW products?

The new radeon X800GTO can easily be overclocked to the radeon x850xt
using the ati tool. Firstly you unlock the 4 locked pipelines and then
you put the clock speeds to the same as the x850xt which is somethin
like 540/1050 i think.

I thought control panels were supposed to be useful :-).
After years of sticking with old drivers because they worked, finally
encountered an app that had a problem, so decided to give latest drivers a
try.

I just got a PowerColor X700 and it has the standard VGA, the S-Video,
and a DVI out.  It came with a DVI to 15 Pin VGA adapter.  Is there an
display or performance improvement if I use the adapter and connect my
monitor to the DVI as opposed to the VGA?  I haven't installed the ...

I have been having some problems with my computer and I believe they
are graphics card related.  Here is what has been going on...
Any time I run anything visually intensive (Warcraft 3, Battlefield,
CS, Medal of Honor...) my computer restarts.

I'm thinking of replacing my ATI 9600 AGP with an ATI X700 Pro AGP.
How do people like their X700?
