Radeon 9800PRO : screen artefacts with TV cards28 Feb 2005 20:29 GMT2
I have a Radeon 9800 PRO working in a computer with an AMD Athlon 64
3200 and XP Service Pack 2 (but the problem shows with Pack 1 as well)
Everything runs fine until I install a TV card.
When the cards and the TVR software (I have tried 3 different types of

just had an interesting yet frustrating experience, couldn't find any
related info on the net, so I thought I ask.

I have an ATI All in Wonder 9000 Pro card which I bought s/h. It
didn't come with a cable which goes from the card to the sound card so
I can receive sound from the tv tuner.
I checked out the ATI Website to see which cable I would need for this

Whats the oldest AIW card i can use on the new x8 AGP Slot. Im not to sure I
think it's 1.5Volt or 3Volt something like that for the new AGP cards. it
dosn't have to run at x8

When is a separate power connector to the main power supply of
the PC required for an X800 video card?    I purchased an X800 SE
and the seller is claiming that no external power connection is

I'm using an ATI All in Wonder Radeon 9000 PRO card and the TV quality
is not very good. I installed all the ATI software that came with the
card and also tried the updated versions. My TV singal is analouge
cable - coaxial cable input. Works fine on my TV.
