can tell, it won't be able to restore the mbr and you'll need to use

migration back to non-RAID configuration from an INTEL RAID 521 Nov 2008 22:31 GMT19
I got 3 SATA WDC HD's coming from a Intel RAID 5 (matrix Storage) . I
suppose that the RAID was not dismantled before taking the disks off.
Now I would like to use them for an ordinary non-RAID configuration

Speed of an IDE drive in a USB enclosure ?20 Nov 2008 20:05 GMT18
I used an old 40Gb IDE laptop drive in a USB enclosure to store Ghost
images.  When I'm restoring an image with this drive connected to a
USB 2.0 port, I'm only getting 150Mb /s transfer rate.  Is this the
normal speed for such a setup ?  It seems rather slow to me.
