On a machine with two SATA drives, is there any performance gain by running
applications off of the second SATA disk?  I thought I understood that SATA

backups. I have been looking into SD Hard Drives, however, those seem

The hard disk stores a byte by some kind of magnetism.
If I don't touch that byte on the disk for a long time, would it
lose magnetism and hence that byte of information?
After how long would that happen?
