Corrupted hard drive27 Dec 2007 17:58 GMT9
I have a quick question about a failed hard drive.  I have a hard drive
that's giving me the "click of death".  It's a data drive, no OS, but it
has alot of family pix on it that I never backed up (about 8gb).  I'd
like to save the data, but it's also not worth it for me to spend ...

What Determines Which Drive Is HD0?23 Dec 2007 21:40 GMT40
I am replacing my main (C:) drive.  It was an PATA and I'm replacing
it with a SATA.  The folks at Fry's said there would be no problem --
just clone the current drive, set it as the first boot drive and I'd
be on my way.   Well, not so.  I have some arcane software that does

Acronis TI 11 question...23 Dec 2007 02:12 GMT4

VXA tape problem21 Dec 2007 20:15 GMT1

Just wondering if anyone has used or seen this so-called "raid alternative."
