Can anybody recommend a product that can allow IDE hard drives to be accessed over a IP network? I know I could just use a PC with windows installed, but I would REALLY like to find a device that is small and more hardware based rather than a PC that relies on the OS being stable ...

I have a Western Digital 250GB internal EIDE disk which I'd like to add to my system, but I've been told that Windows can only support drives with a maximum of 137GB out of the box. Is that correct, and if so how can I get around this limit?

I have a drive that has been diagnosed as having a corrupted/missing MBR (master boot record). This drive was being used for about 3 months (it is a laptop drive, by the way) without problems. Then all of a sudden it failed to be recognized.
