Sorry that this question isn't really on-topic, but does anyone know
of any good sites on the Internet where I can order slim double CD
jewel cases with clear trays, especially the ones that have the "2 CD"
logo on the front in the upper left corner?  In the past I've tried

"Your pictures have been burned to an archival-grade gold CD.  When stored
and handled properly, your pictures can be preserved for up to 300 years. "

cases that look like and open like a DVD case, but are of the same dimensions as
a jewel case, opening the same way. ...

I have a ASUS P4s8X MB with built in sound.  However,  when I try to

I dug up some old discs I had burned years ago (2001 I think, probably
running Win ME or Win2K at the time) that I cannot read on my new
LiteOn LH20A1S DVD burner.  This is in a machine I built, with AMD 64
2x, 2 GB RAM, and Windows Vista Ultimate.
