I know that for blank CD-R's, the very best brands are probably Mitsui & Taiyo
Yuden because they're known to last a very long time instead of probably going
bad after several years or so, and that ones made in Taiwan are mostly, if not
all, crap, but I know nothing about blank ...

I made a backup copy of my cliparts CDs. Files with filename "?" is not
copyable back to HD although I can see the images. Is there a way to copy
them back to HD? Or it requires a Russian system to copy them?

I need to get Taiyo Yuden 8X 4.7GB blank DVD-R's.  Anyone know the best places

Here's my problem: When I start to burn a DVD using Nero 6.3.0.3 and a
Plextor 712A the burn starts out like normal. The "Used Read Buffer"
goes to 100%. It writes the "lead in" but when it starts track writing

dates that has the Time and Date of Volume creation, but where can I access

I'm trying to back up my cliparts CDs to a DVD. It has 109,988 files in
745 folders. I tried both Nero and Sonic recordNow (recommended by users
of NEC ND2500A).
On Nero 6.3.1.10, it shows as 4486MB total size (2MB from full capacity).
