Can different brands of CD burning software (e.g. Nero, Roxio) peacefully co-exist on a single system (Win98SE), or do I need to uninstall one to try the other. RonH.

I've been reading on the dvd drives that they need 800mhz or above. All I want to do is burn six 650 meg ghost images to the disk for achiving. Will my 550mhz work or will I have problems? Thanks,

I think scratching the inner ring where the index is kept is the easiest way short of breaking them in half ! any comments ? thanks

The box for the LG GCE-8525B Re-writer (52x-32x-52x) lists the minimum CPU speed as 350 Mhz with 500 Mhz recommended for writing. I have a P3-333 Mhz running Win98 (1st edition) with 192 Mb RAM. Should I be concerned about the CPU recommendations? Would burning at a slower speed
