I have a piece of productionmachinery which prints to an older Oki
Microline Dot matrix printer via a standard EPP/ECP cable.
What I would like to do, is have a Windows box emulate this printer

successfully refill those carts over 2 dozen times each before they
failed me. Same thing with the refilled/remanufactured carts I bought to
replace them. But those were the last "reman" carts to perform that way
