This is a stab in the dark, but I am using Mandriva 2009 with a 1.3
ghz Fujitsu-Siemens Scenic T with D1371 Mainboard.  The only area it

Has anyone got a sure way of monitoring the CPU temperature accurately.
When idle in BIOS my CPU displays as 45C but `Core Temp` shows it as 50C and
real temp as 36C.  SANDRA shows a third different temperature and a fourth
from Everest.

i got the third stick of ddr1 memory.
putting it in the system. i run a memtest.
u see the cl is 2.5 not 3 which is no the stick.

If i set the RAM to run at 1066 mhz in the bios, the computer won't
boot. It defaults to 800 mhz, and when I set it back, it works fine.
The mainboard is a Gigabyte GA-M750SLI-DS4, with a Quad AMD Phenom Black
Edition 9950 2600 MHz and 8 gb of OCZ Fatal1ty OCZ2F10662G.  I know
