Just built this Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L with E4500, stock cooler, Corsai 2X2048-6400C4, evga 8600GT. Coolmaster RP-550-PCAR PSU and CLite 33 case. Booted right up and all was well till I noticed in CPU was onl running 1.8Ghz.

I've recently bought a new mobo (Gigabyte GA-X48-DQ6), along with 4GB of new RAM (Crucial Ballistix PC2-8500). I've also replaced my PSU, with a Coolermaster RealPower M700, as that was potentially causing me issues, as discussed in an older post.
