Let me start by thanking any knowledgeable overclockers with this
processor and motherboard who can help.
I've scoured these newsgroups for a while and there are lots of
discussions about this or that but can some one just tell me what

What utility/program do you folks use to measure the CPU core voltage?
I've been trying an assortment and getting varying results, so I don't know
what to trust, and which to use as a guide for OC settings.

I just got an AMD Athlon 64 3500+ (manchester core) and a msi K8T Neo2
v2.0 mobo bundle. I though it was a good deal before i realised it was
64bit!There was no fan with the bundle so the store threw in an akasa

As topic suggests, what would be the fastest option for a boot system? a
10Krpm sata 1 drive or a 7.2Krpm sata2 drive, would the higher rpm make up
for the lower bandwidth of sata 1 or would sata2 rule over the higher rpm?

I wanted to try and overclock my pc... but i got this program called
motherboard monitor 5 and it says my cpu is running at 73 degrees
