ASUS P5N32-E SLI motherboard

nVidia released a new version of nTune, 5.05.38.00 released April 26, 2007.
Prior to this release nTune did not work correctly on my EVGA 680i
motherboard.  The 'tune' function (algorithm for seeking best overclock) did
not work at all.  Now 'tune' does work but I'm still not ...

I'm building a new system: ASUS P5N-E Sli, Core2 Duo 6600, 2GB 800MHz DDR2
RAM, Vista Ultimate, nVidia 7600GS 256mb (soon to be 8800GS, 320mb) Video,

I've just put together
Asus M2N8-VMX socket AM2
AMD Athlon X2 3600 AM2
2 x 512M PC6400 Elixir DDR2 800 SDRAM
Overclocking Asus M2N-E/X2 4600+ (65W)28 Apr 2007 18:35 GMT5
I have the subject combo with 4 gig DDR2 800. Runs fine at stock speeds.
I have tried lowering the HTT to 4, lowering the RAM to DDR2 667, increasing
the RAM voltage from default 1.8v to 1.95v.
The best I can get out of FSB is 220 (10% overclock). I've read the default

Just a quick q. I see a lot mentioned about the 4300 beeinga  desent Ocer
and good price/performance. How about the 4400? It's very little difference
in price, should one still go for the 4300??

I consider the question definitively setteled.  The CPU clock : memory clock
ratio is identical to the FSB :  memory bus ratio.  The nomenclature is
murky, but DDR2 PC1066 memory is qualified to run with a memory ...

I am overclocking my Northwood P4 2.4GHz, to 2.7 GHz.  I would like to get
more out of it.  I have the core voltage to 1.525V.  I also have the memory
