I have Intel D975XBX motherboard  and Pentium D 965 processor . But
processor only runs at 3.20 GHz no matter what I do to the multiplier.

Hi, on my NF7-S v2, latest bios, USB devices don't work at all in WindowsXP
SP2 unless the bios is set at USB1.1-only.  Is this a Windows driver issue?
