Whats the Best most ifficen,t but quiestest cpu cooler for a Barton CPU ? Ive got Zalman CNPS7000A-Cu the all copper one and it coolers very well. But i was just wondering if their is anything better that cools

I know it may sound stupid but, will US hardware work on UK stuff. So say if I imported an amd socket 939 processor and mobo and plugged them into a UK power supply. Would they fry? I assume not because they both work on 12v right?

abit claims that on some of their 915/925 mobos (e.g. AA8, AG8), one can change the multiplier of some specific p4s (namely, socket 775, 3.4ghz and higher. Is this just a lie to increase sales?
