Hi all.  This is a followup to my recent post about overclocking a l7vmm3

realized it's a 5 bit athlon.  Does this make any difference?

However, since that i have been getting an error when i boot that looked
like a problem with the pagefile.sys. I have followed advice ...

Is Pseudo-Sync the same as  "asynchronous mode"?30 Sep 2004 05:31 GMT79
I believe that pseudo-sync is synchronized thus not asynchronized.
However, is pseudo-sync also called 'asynchronous mode'?
i've put some evidence that it is called 'asynchronous mode' at the
end of the post in 2 chunks  each marked <extract>...</extract>

(Nothing is over clocked).

The L12 Mod29 Sep 2004 20:15 GMT5
Does anyone know, specifically, what the L12 mod actually does?  I have a
theory that it steps up the voltage to the FSB side of the CPU's L2 cache,
to stabilize a default 133MHz FSB for higher frequencies.  It seems to
suggest that Athlon XPs are running at dual voltages but the ...
