Just lately I have been having troubles with my RAM. I had 2 sticks of 512mb PC3200 onboard a Gigabyte 7N400 with an XP3000 CPU. They were running in Dual Channel Mode... The system never really performed like it had 1 GB, always running

Even after I turn the power off from the power bar I can still feel an electrical charge when I touch the outside of the case. I've changed the power supply (420w Antec), the mainboard (8rda+), and the case. Still the same thing and sometimes it won't power on. I figure
