I have purchased a Asus P5Q-E motherboard. In the bag, there are a
host of screws that attached to the bottom of the case and the
underside of the motherboard - BUT - there are two black ones in a
separate bag that are the same shape and threads as the other ones -

I just bought a HP mini 1033CL... trying to find out some basics totally
hidden from the new user, e.g. determine how to obtain special Headphone
/Mike accessory ...took me half an hour to convince tech support that I had
a built in mike as well as the speaker... the `manuals' ...

I have tried to delete a large unwanted print job on my HP Photosmart C7280
(attached to a PC running Windows Vista), and the print job status shows as
"Deleting - Printing" seemingly forever, even after a system reboot. I can't
print anything else until I have removed this ...

I have an HP1100A on which the scanner has suddenly stopped working.
Pressing the copy button has no effect.
I'd be grateful for any ideas or of where to look for DIY repairs. I've had
this unit for a long time & value it's small footprint and the ease of use.

I have an HP laptop (R3120US) with XP. I used to use an external monitor
but it started saying "no signal" and stopped working. After Office 2007
ran some diagnostics (probably unrelated) when I rebooted the computer the
external monitor started working and mirrored the laptop ...

I need to be able to use my HP 1170cse printer on my new computer
(Vista) but it looks like there are no updated drivers for this
printer.
Can anyone help? I hate to have to buy a new printer.
