I've got a brand-new HP M8200N media centre and for the life of me cannot figure out how to capture my VHS input (plugged into the front panel as composite video 2 and audio 2). The HP help desk offered to sell me a premium support ticket - argh!

I have an HP 4100 dtn that outputs pages where the top right corner is bent or dog-eared. I've moved the trays to different slots and tried all three trays, but to no avail. I've also replaced the toner cartridge. Any suggestions on how else I can tackle this problem?
