I tried to follow the HP instructions to update the driver for my DVD Writer
840b with no success.  After creating the CD with the sp26764iso file, the
instructions read to leave the disk in the drive and reboot.  When it comes
back online, nothing happens.. any suggestions or ...

Looking on HP's website, I can't seem to find the button to individually
configure the machines I want to buy, say a xw8400. Do I need to contact an
HP partner locally or is there some other way? TIA.
