HP Deskjet 820cxi will print a test page fine.. But will not print from
anything else.  Blank pages only. If you make the first line of a
document any color besides black, it will print fine, and will print
the rest of the document in black!  Chaged drivers... still the same..

My wife screwed up one and broke one of her USB port plugs on her HP laptop.
Is this repairable?  Expensive?  What are our options.

For some reason I can't get the PC card slot to work at all.  I just
got the laptop used and it's in great shape with 144MB RAM and Cyrix
CPU but anything I put in the card slot is not detected at all.  I've
