stations about a year ago, and they've caught on big.  The stations use them
to archive literally days worth of TV programs onto a ...

I was just about to buy an LG GSA-H62N from directron.com for $30 plus
ship, but then read a few reviews, and found that the drive is riplocked.
It took almost 30 minutes to rip most movies.
I currently have a 16X BENQ DVD-ROM drive installed, and I get rip times

Any reason not to leave the side off the case?10 Sep 2007 07:39 GMT18
My CPU (Athlon 2700+)  is running hotter than I'd like, typically in the low
50s C at idle and low loads with ambient temps in the mid- to upper 70s.
The tower sits inside a computer desk with a door and the opening is only
about 1" wider than the case.  I'm trying an experiment ...
TV audio/video noises from the media PC10 Sep 2007 06:43 GMT1
I've connected the Dell 531s desktop to my TV to act as a simple media

audio and video signals coming from the STB. The interesting part is

I was running out of letters on a Win 2000 Pro SP4 computer. I decided to
remove the small logic units and to build a greater partition.
Windows begins to format it then stops @ 100% telling that the disk was too
large for a FAT32.
