According to intel and amd the airflow inside a case is supposed to go from the front of the case to the back of the case and out the back of the case. The airflow is supposed to go past the components. Also the case could be seen as a "air/wind" tunnel.

My computer is running Win98SE. My boot hard drive is a 6 gig drive. I also have a 20 gig slave drive, which used to be a 10 gig. Changing that slave was simply to plug in a 3rd drive and copy all the files to it, then moving that drive to the second drive cable.

OK so I *do* plan to build my first pc (a gaming rig) between now and next month ( based on whether I'll wait for the E6600 price to drop) I've been doing some research and planning but am stuck with some components and decisions and am looking for advice/suggestions/

Thanks for your guys' help on my other post. Especially the part about being twice as likely to have problems. I already have one. The 8800 says it requires 26amps on the 12V+ rail. Where do I get a PSU like that? The couple that I did find were $200+
