I thought there was a Norton Utilities program that had the capability to write zeros on all the unused space on the hard drive. I looked at all the menu options in Norton DiskEdit and Disk Doctor and I don't see any such capability.

This is new to me - I built a PC and plugged in all connectors and my system wouldn't turn on. I noticed it powered on the fan and power supply for less than 1 second then turned off. I got the same result with a different power supply.
