I have an original copy of office XP standard for students and teachers
edition that I purchased for a PC I bought 3 or 4 years ago.
The PC is dead, will MS allow me to install this s/w on the new PC I am
making?

Ok, my PC will startup and run normally, but when I shut it down and it
powers down, it will not start up again until I unconnect the board power
connector and reconnect it.  Is this a short problem with the board and the
case?  It's connected to the case with plastic screw-in ...

This is a customer job, originally the PC was powering down all on it's
own. After debugging this a new PSU was installed, PC was working fine.
Now 2 weeks later the PC won't power on at all. I have tried a brand new
