I was not paying a lot of attention to the price of CPUs lately, other then the fact of planning to build a new system. I want an AMD X2 4.4 Ghz (+) and I was wondering if the price reductions I have seen brandied about the inter have trickled down to the end user?

I have a pretty basic home made computer. When I am in the internet (its primary use), it has wild resets. As I am browsing, it resets by itself. I think it happens when it refreshes a screen or open a new window... I am starting to believe that I have a bad video card.
