We are trying to setup a western digital 200 gig on a system and can only
get 128 gigs to show up.  We are using a Dell Poweredge 1400 and a promise
66 ultra ide card.   Any assistance is greatly appreciated.   We have
updated the bios on both units.

(CPU, MB, VC, Sound card, HD etc.) I mean comparing different brand
name prices.

Since the nForce2 (Ultra) 400 memory controller is known to be a bit  picky
about the modules it will properly deal with, are there any first hand
experiences available here, about how well it can do with 512MB DDR400(+)
modules, which are built with either:

Does this make a difference? How does it work? New computer I am
thinking of buying comes with 512 memory. Criticism was that it is not
dual channel. I thought 512 was plenty. Thanks, Ron

I'm putting a system together; this is my first try.  I'd appreciate
feedback on the configuration I've put together.
Mostly I want to know if I've included any component that's
incompatible with another component.  Here goes:

I plan to play quite a few of the games coming out in the next few months
such as Half Life 2 and Doom 3 etc. I'm playing "Far Cry" at the moment, but
my system is struggling and I can only put the settings on medium. I like to
play at 1600 by 1200 but have to settle for 1078 by 768 ...

According to the PNY web site, their 256 mb 133 mhz memory module is
supposed to be compatible with my Abit KT7A Raid board. I know the slots
owrk fine as I have tried a few different modules (non-PNY) in the board and
they work fine. I returned a PNY module and they sent me another ...
