Which one should be better for a administrative task like office? I thought E7300 should be a good choose but the shopkeeper said Q8200 would be better. I always thought that you had to choose a quad when you want to do video, 3D or gaming and the dual core should be fine

I have an MSI K9VGM-V mother board with an on board graphics adapter. I would like to add a PCI Ex Nvidia card but can find no way to disable the on board card either through BIOS or a jumper on the board. Is it possible to add the Nvidia without disabling the onboard card? ...

Is there such a place or do I have to visit the BIOS and make notes of the settings? Having all the settings in one file would help. I have found an update for the BIOS and want a fallback position in case of a mess.

I plan to buy a Phenom II X3 7200 CPU with a Gigabyte GA-MA770T-UD3P motherboard. Of course, this is not an i7 board and it offers dual channel instead of triple channel memory, even if memory is DDR3. So, is it worth paying more for lower CAS latency.
