I've reinstalled my system and my second drive (nonsystem) is not being recognised by the system. I have two seperate harddrives in my machine. C: my system drive and D: my storage drive.

Yesterday, I bought a Sandisc Cruzer Micro 8 gb USB 2.0 Flash Drive (memory stick) at Walmart. The stick works good, but unfortunately it's infected (as usual) with that miserable U3 virus. Well, that's what I consider U3 to be anyway.

Mobo has been on and off for the last couple of weeks. (occationally harddrive is not detected at start up) Someone suggested this might be due to bad capasitators. How does one gauge the "capasity" of capasitors? Multimeter?

I have tried and have tried with two different controllers, both composed of 68pin and 50pin connectors. As i tried both together and only 50 and 68pin channels, there's no difference, 50pin is reading 50pin devices but 68pin don't see any devices although 4 SCSI disks are

I have an intel mobo (GD965WH) that supports up to an FSB (CPU) of 1066 MHZ. Can I assume that socket 775 = socket 775 so the motherboard won't be harmed if I put a CPU (E8500) with FSB 1333 Mhz there?

How to make a 802.11g Broadcom BCM4311 adapter connect in ad-hoc mode at 54mbit/s, not at 11mbit/s? The peer adapter connects with it at 54mbit/s. Broadcom does not reply.
