I have two systems, one is the prime machine, the other runs linux and
just takes all of the bits left over from my main PC when I upgrade. I

I have a question about my Gigabyte GA-K8NSC-939 motherboard. I have
all the switches plugged in correctly except the power led switch. I

     I am building a new system going from a Biostar M7NCD board to a
Gigabyte GA-K8NSC-939 with a AMD Athlon 64 3000+. Not a big change but

I am haveing problems when Im playing music, If I open another application,
eg browser, word, etc my music starts to play slow while the other
application is opening. Altho when I run AVG or scan disk the music plays

I have seen USB 3.5 drives for sale, but can't find any 5.25 drives
that are USB for sale.  I know it's old and out of use, but I need a
5.25" floppy drive that is portable.  Is there a kit or product anyone

Some motherboards come with an external SATA connector. Can these be used to
boot from? I'd like to be able to swap boot drives between boots.

I have one monitor, keyboard, and mouse which I would like to share between
two PCs. One solution is a KVM switch. The KVM switch has sevral
disadvantages which are leading me to consider software alternatives.

I have a feeling that there's either an IRQ conflict on my computer or that
the driver for the Dell 1025tm (similar to Sony CPD-200gs) is causing
monitor power problems.  The power light and screen flicker on and off
every few minutes.  Is there any other driver for this monitor ...
