I think it is a form of a SIS 471 but I as of yet don;t know for sure.

It has a stick of Samsung PC2700 with number K4H560838E-TC83 on the chip.
Its a stick of 256. Would I ever find a match for it, or just pick up 2
matching sticks to avoid any conflict?

Samsung ML-4500 Printer fails to pick paper30 Jan 2006 10:57 GMT3
I have had this Samsung ML-4500 for about 4 years, with little
trouble.  It has suddenly stopped picking up the paper.  I find
that I can press the loose (top) of the paper feed stack forward
and have it pick up, after which it feeds quite normally.  Opening
