hi i have a dvd and a cd writer on the sane ide cable dvd set as master cd set as slave. problem is some times if i put a dvd in to the dvd drive i get a no cd error and when i go in to my computer the cd and dvd dive have gone.

I have a Leadtec Motherboard (WinFast k7ncr18) and I wan't to install a better video card. There is an AGP slot. I have found instructions on the Nvidia site for doing this but I can't find any info on what's needed on the motherboard end like jumper settings or BIOS changes.
