I keep reading about the weak spot of LCD monitors being that the
backlight burns out.  Well is there anyone out there that has had this
happen?  If so,  is there any among you that had actually taken said
LCD apart and investigated what is involved in changine the backlight?

Is there any Canadian website where I can find and compare prices on
computers/-parts from different dealers? Something like shopping.com
which I think is only American stores.

I have two Maxtor 5T040H4 harddisks in my PC.
The primary (boot) one has two partitions, C: (10 Mb) and D: (30 Mb).
The secondary has one partition, E: (40Mb)

can i stick a blank SATA drive on one of my spare SATA controllers and use
