I just installed IE8 and now every time I start IE8 it shuts off the Norton
Phishing Filter, although the task bar in IE8 says that it is still active.
I know there is a conflict between the Smart Filter in IE8 and the Phishing
filter in Norton.

I have an old Inspiron 8000 laptop, running XP.  All of a sudden the screen
has moved up about half an inch, so I can no longer see the top with the
