I just ordered a Vostro 1310 refurb with a T8300 processor. What are the odds it's the same one I just returned for credit for not having the advertised T8300 processor but rather a 2x slower T5250 processor?

I have a Dimension E521.On start up I get a black sceen and it says Diskette Drive 0 seek Failure.And it says to click F1.I click on F1 and then it will start. Anyone know how to fix this and or how to reformate the whole unit?
