I have a Dimension 4700 that has served me well.  On a couple of occasions,
the machine has just shut down.  The light near the on/off power button
blinks.  It won't turn back on until I turn the AC power completely off.
Then I can restart it.  It has done this about 4 times in ...

Gave him as a gift for his retirement.

My Dimension E521 cannot log onto my DSL service.  I tried to change
out the network card when I see that it is somehow soldered to teh

I seem to remember having a situation where for some reason the entire START
Key and taskbar was moved to the right side of my screen.
The only way I could get it back to normal setup was using a sledgehammer in
the name of System Restore.

I have a Dimension 8250 with a 250 GB EIDE hard drive. Will be adding a
500 - 700 GB hard drive to it and was thinking I'd get a SATA drive
instead of an EIDE drive. If I do get a SATA drive, I know I'll need to
install a SATA controller card. Will the Dimension 8250 BIOS have
