The wireless connection worked Thursday. Now it Doesn't. I've tried all the normal repair/setup options. I'm guessing that there is a dumb "click" or "keystroke" that killed it. I know this a vague question, but any help will be much appreciated.

Well, I know I should have waited for an XPS420, but I found a deal on the outlet that I liked. I'll still consider the 420 once it is out for HD recording, but what I really needed was a small server that could do multiple video stream

A friend of mine has a problem with an Inspiron 8000 Notebook. When running under 100% CPU load, the fan starts to run and stop irratically and then suddenly the notebook switches off without any prior warning.

I decided to take the plunge and order an XPS410 with the Dual Cablecard tuners. It adds the ability to record two channels of HD content, even HBO, etc. Cool, huh.

Yes, even I acknowledge Dell has slipped. I ordered my refurb yesterday for a great price, with coupon. Got an order acknowledgement email but never the follow up email with the order number.

Anyone using MS Vista with the Dimension 8330. I loaded it and after a couple of weeks, it destroyed my system - I had to reformat my C drive and reinstall WniXP. I understand the 8300 might not be compatible with Vista. Is that the case?

...the Vostro V200 mini tower (MT) model takes full-height PCI-E graphics cards, doesn't it? Was going to put an 8600GT or similar in one - does it have sufficient extra power connectors or am I goign to have to find an adaptor?

I am running windows XP. I know that this printer runs on other OS. I have it connected with a USB to serial cable. I have not been able to get it to print. Has anyone here been able to print using this configuration? Any help would be appreciated.

I just ordered a 1Gb memory card to update my Dell Dimension 2400. It is stated to support a maximun of 1gb of memory. My question is since I have a 256Mg card already should I leave this in the machine since it has 2 slots and will this allow a total of the 2 cards or 1.256gig

My 6 month old Dell Dimension pops up a message when vista boots up. It says one of my sata drives is failing. Should I believe this? Is this a common occurance and what should I do if it is not? Joe.
