I'm stuck working on my boss's relatively new (Jan '06) Dimension E510. The power button flashes amber-orange which the diags say is a power supply or system board issue. They've sent up both the PS and the motherboard and I've replaced them but the flashing amber light

I read somewhere that the E1505 doesn't have a Type II PCI slot. Does anyone know if this is true? if so then how would you add things like a tv tuner card, etc., I guess it would all be USB but that doesn't seem as though it would be as fast as the Type II slot.

I have an Inspiron 8200 that won't reliably boot. Most of the time it holds for a long time at the Dell splash screen, then switches to a message that it can't find the hard drive or the optical drive to boot from. I push F2 to get into BIOS, and it says there is no hard drive
