Today I tried using Acronis True Image 8.0 on my dell inspiron e1705.
I wanted to backup my hard drive, so what I did was I created a Acronis

Trying to set up a Belkin Wireless Print Server, with a Belkin Wireless
Router, have installed everything as directed the router sees the print
server on 192.168.2.7 and I can get into the print server via the web
browser so I know all thats configured correctly.

This laptop has a strange video problem. On startup it will sometimes
light up th3e laptop screen and then it may not. It will light up an
external monitor with a little persuasion. I have to activate the
external monitor key several times to get that to work reliably.

Does anyone know the fastest processor that I can put in?  Currently

I'm going to look at my parent's Dimension 4600 today. Based on phone
conversations, the symptoms are upon startup the screen will pull up
the wallpaper but none of the desktop icons appear. The computer is
frozen. (Not sure if the mouse pointer appears or not, I presume no.)

I am looking at upgrading my laptop hard drive from a 4200rpm 100Gb to a
7200rpm 100Gb drive. The old drive had a power usage of 0.65W while idle
where as the new one will be 1.1W while idle. I was trying to work out how
much this would affect battery life but i wasnt sure how ...
