I have a couple of laptops and want to upgrade from the 30GB disk to a 60GB disk. Currently running Winx/XP with the disk formatted as NTFS. What are the least involved steps to clone the disk to the 60GB ?

All, I have a Dimension 4500. It came with the XP disk 1R594. I would like to update this to XP SP2. All the slipstreaming menthods I have tried fail. Some do work, but the install fails.

If I put a Hercules Gamesurround Fortissimo III 7.1 in my Dimension 4300S, would the sound be much improved or would there not be much difference (excluding speaker set-up)? Thanks again,

I always have main power connected, but only a battery icon appears in systray. I can see charging lamp flashing -so I am sure that the power adapter is working. In addition, I have tried this adapter on another I8K . It is 100% OK.
