Any ways of either running the fans at lower speeds (I was thinking about
lowering voltage, since stopping the fans would cause a shutdown)
That machine will be in a rack, along with my switch, UPS and a home-made
disk array. So it doesn't need jet-engine fans to cool those 4 poor ...

think it is an UATA100.  If I get another hard drive, can this model
PC only take AT100 and not AT133?  Is there any hard drive size
restriction?  It is a relatively old model.  What type of RAM can it

Hi, I have a Compaq Deskpro EP/C466 with an Intel 810 chipset. It is a

the processor to a Pentiun III but couldn't find anything. It is too
difficult because it is an "old" computer.

I'm going to expand my laptop's memory and I'm not sure what memory chip
I need. Should I buy 128MB SODIMM EDO or 128MB SODIMM SDRAM? It's
written in Manual that my notebook (Armada 1592DT) requires EDO DRAM
