I have an acer aspire 500 series, the 5002 wlmi
it runs xp home sp2 with 2 x 256 memory sticks
both are ddr333, i want to upgrade the memory
to 2 gig, i know it says in the book 1 gig only

Is the 6 cell battery physically larger than the 3 cell battery?

On the lower right corner of the palm rest is a small strip with a picture
of an antenna on it. An LED to the right of the strip lights to indicate the
wireless is turned on. What does the LED to the left of the small strip
indicate? It never seems to come on.

Purchssed yesterday, seems to be pretty unique among all the laptops I
have owned.
When plugged into AC power the laptop can't be plugged in.
When running purely on battery, starts fine.
