six month old Acer AM5100 desktop has a DVD drive that intermittently fails. not going to bother with warranty hassle for a cheesy DVD drive. will simply upgrade to a better quality unit.

I've got a 3 year old Aspire 3002LCi. A software diagnostic reported my battery as being only 44% even though it was fully charged. Not too surprising as since day one I've been lucky to get 30 minutes of battery time.

This is a elementary question but I need help just the same. I have an Acer T180 with Vista Home Premium. I show several removable drives labeled Disk 1 Removable (G), Disk 2 Removable (H) and so on. What are these? How do I used them? What are they for? What do they do?
