If it has the battery then you can stand-by it starting from the state
you left.
If it hasn't the battery (i.e. because I removed to use the AC) then

Hello. I have a bios password on my Travelmate 2500 and I want to
remove it. If I take the battery out, will that work? How long do I
have to keep it out. I saw a sw5 switch? Can I reset it with that
switch?

To change brightness level you have to press Fn + left/right arrow and
it works good.
Why this setting won't stay for the next time you'll start Windows?

I have an acer 9303WSMi and am not sure what the Fn (function key) and F12
do when they are pressed together? It's suppososd to be 'screen lock' but
the websites I visit seem to scroll whichever way they're toggled does it
disable scrolling only in certain programs or is it ...

I have an Acer Travelmate 8202 and I have just freshly installed
Windows XP Pro onto a new hard disk. The problem I have is that the
euro and dollar keys (that are just about the left and right arrow

I have an acer 9300series laptop which I thought was 16 gig HDD why is there
2 70 GIG HDD in there one is marked DATA?
